Common questions
My progress did not appear on my other device
Sync runs through your own iCloud. Check that both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and that iCloud is enabled for Cozy Sudoku in Settings. Changes can take a few minutes to arrive.
I bought the unlock; how do I get it on the family iPad?
The one-time unlock supports Family Sharing. On the other device, open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure Family Sharing with purchase sharing is enabled in your family's Apple ID settings.
The daily reminder is not firing
Check that notifications are allowed for Cozy Sudoku in iOS Settings. The reminder skips days where you already finished the daily challenge, so it stays quiet once you have played.
How do kids profiles work?
Kids World is a separate, safe space: picture sudoku with no failure, no purchases, no links, and nothing to break. Grown-ups switch profiles from the profile screen; kids stay in their world.
